Work Schedule:
  • Friday–Sunday.
  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Day Shift).

Position Overview
As an Unarmed Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure corporate environment by monitoring premises, enforcing policies, controlling access, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
  • Control access points and verify identification of employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and site-specific regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of security experience preferred; corporate security experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency with smartphones, incident reporting applications, and email communication.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to consistently work 8-hour shifts and overtime when required.

Requirements:
  • Valid California BSIS Guard Card.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation, including California Live Scan.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to regularly climb stairs.

  • Demonstrate clear, concise written communication and zero-defect reporting.
  • Exhibit integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment at all times.
