Position Overview:
As an Unarmed Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure corporate environment by monitoring premises, enforcing policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Control access points and verify identification of employees and visitors.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Write clear and accurate incident reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a visible security presence.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of prior security experience preferred (corporate environment preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with smartphones, incident reporting applications, and email.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to consistently work 8-hour day or night shifts, with overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid BSIS guard card.
- Ability to pass a background screening, including California Live Scan.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to approximately 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to regularly climb stairs.
